Beautiful flat with one bedroom near Vaci street

The main advantage of this excellent apartment is, that it is located not on Váci Street, but a few meters from it. You are in the center of Budapest, but at a rather quiet place, without the drunken screams of the night bars.

What else can we say about Iranyi street? Daniel Iranyi was the member of the Hungarian parliament, who participated in the great Hungarian revolution of 1848-49, which, as known, did not lead much good, but gave birth to many heroes. He was one of them and he was exiled. Probably the wonderful book “A Thousand Years of the Hungarian People” by Paul Lendvai, with the subtitle “Towards defeats through victories,” was the icing on the cake in the history of the Hungarian nation. Nevertheless, there is a commemorative plaque for this men on this street, and the Hungarians remember him too.

The street where the apartment is located, runs to the Danube River, through the notorious Vaci, which is recommended to visit in all Budapest travel guides. We recommend it too, it worth to have a nice walk on it, but there are still many places in Budapest that you should visit. Vaci street is also good for shopping.
